Patterson Kaye Resort & Seasons Restaurant

Had dinner with 3 others. The location is amazing with a view of the river joining lake Muskoka. The atmosphere was relaxed. The patio was beautiful. I had the fish and chips special which was very reasonably priced and delicious. The portions were surprisingly large. Our table also enjoyed the steak and chicken breast, and those meals were excellent as well. I gotta admit I was expecting a bit upscale and pretentious, but from the drinks to the food through to dessert, we were all very happy with the relaxed atmosphere, amazing food, good prices and spectacular setting. I will undoubtedly return and would give a very high recommendation.

Went with my family to Patterson Kaye for the week. We had a wonderful time the owner was great, staff was very friendly. The cottage was well kept. We stayed in Abby 29 and 30 side by side cottages. Full size kitchen each room had two double beds well maintained. Fishing was the best we caught few four and five pounder bass. My week was well spent. I will recommend if you have large family check out Patterson Kaye.

Incredible service, the food is freakin amazing!! Their tomato soup is *chefs kisses* every time my boyfriend I come to eat, we are blown away by the quality and the genuine service!! The owner is so incredibly attentive and the staff are all so nice and accommodating! I HIGHLY recommend for all locals and tourists!

We have never stayed there but often eat there. grilled Seafood plate last night was terrific. Perfectly grilled salmon fillet, shrimps and scallops on garlic mashed potatoes topped off with their delicious chocolate cake.

Just came for dinner- can't say anything about the resort really. Wonderful Muskoka gem!! A great spot for a special occasion in the dining room or a casual bite on the patio. Chef is amazing as all the food was wonderful. 3 of us had the Saturday Prime Rib special and ate every bite!! Fourth had the trout special and it was light and tender. Free birthday dessert was a lovely treat. Staff was friendly and attentive. Owner checked in with us and obviously really cares. We will be back!!

What a hidden gem! The Seasons restaurant has amazing food, huge proportions, super friendly staff all in a relaxed water front location. Yes, their patio is actually right on a beach on a bend in the Muskoka River. It has a laid back beach vibe which is perfect on a hot summer day! We started with Calamari which were really good in a very different batter then usual but we loved it. Then I had the Fish & Chips, which is extremely good….chip truck style chips and a hefty portion of Haddock. My partner had the Gemalli a la Vodka with shrimp. This pasta dish was over the top! A marinara sauce with a hint of pesto and one of the best pastas we’ve ever had….cooked to perfection! The shrimp were big and generous. I wish I’d remembered our server’s name because she was fantastic…very quick, friendly and never made us feel rushed. I was tempted not to write a review as we’d like to keep this place to ourselves but that wouldn’t be fair now would it! We’ll be back and we’ve heard that the weekend Prime Rib dinner is to die for! Make sure to make a reservation especially if you’d like to sit on the patio!
